Worship Ministries
+ Praise Team
The Praise Team (1) lifts up prayers on behalf of the church and (2) organizes and facilitates prayer meetings for various needs and concerns of the general body. In addition we keep the entire church abreast of prayer concerns and burdens of its members and the surrounding community while striving to promote a prayerful attitude amongst Good News members.
+ Worship
This committee is responsible for coordinating and organizing the various activities that make up the Sunday worship. This includes the scheduling of presiders, volunteers for the intercessory prayer, and ushers; publication of the worship litany/liturgy; etc. The committee is also responsible for record keeping duties which include weekly attendance records, collection of offering/tithes, and new member registry.
+ Transportation
The Transportation committee is responsible for providing transportation from Rutgers University to Good News Church PCA and any related events.
